- Are giveaway items shipped to the winner by Never Too Shy Reviews?
No. Giveaway prizes will always be shipped by the sponsoring company unless otherwise posted in the giveaway post.
- How long does it take to receive giveaway prizes?
Many sponsors have products shipped out and to the giveaway winner within 2 weeks. Prizes can take longer to be received, but this is an average time range that prizes are usually received in. Never Too Shy Reviews cannot guarantee the shipping date or arrival of the giveaway prize.
- What should I do if I have not received my giveaway prize?
If you have not received your prize within 3-4 weeks, you can contact us and we will look into it. Never Too Shy Reviews is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. We will, however, talk to the sponsoring company to see where winner's prizes might be.
